2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to: keep your profile accurate, respect other members, honor mutual-consent for connections, not harass or discriminate, and not misrepresent skill or credentials. Violations may result in suspension.
4. User content & feedback
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Rally a limited license to display it within the platform. Feedback and reviews must be truthful and based on real interactions.
5. Events and physical activity
Recreational sports carry inherent risks. Participation in any Rally event is at your own risk. Rally does not organize, supervise, or insure events — hosts and attendees are solely responsible for their conduct and safety.
6. Facility information
Facility listings are provided for informational purposes. Details like hours, membership, and amenities may change — verify with the facility before you go.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rally is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
